Short detour to Korea – My father
My father who is over 83 years old, published a book for “New Edition for Chinese Revolution History”. He was a politician and professor in Korea specialized in Chinese Politics.
When I was growing up, I had a hard time with my Dad’s job and his political standing. Always knowing all in your teens and twenties (who doesn’t at that age?), it was so natural for wanting desperately to be different. But for sure, there are more than just wanting to be different.
Now visiting my father who has a publishing event for his new book (by the way, it is over 850 pages) at his age, I can only admire what he could achieve at his age.. I wish I could do the same when I become at his age.
